There has been a transformational change in teaching-learning pedagogies, with an
increased emphasis on Outcome-Based Education. Under the NEP-2020, educational
institutions need to develop a learner-centered approach that focuses on what
student should be able to do in the real world upon completion of their courses.
Keeping this in view Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), at Nirwan University has
organized a workshop on “Outcome-Based Education (OBE)” on March 23rd, 2024.
The resource person was Prof. (Dr.) Animesh Singh and the event was coordinated
by Prof. (Dr.) Aparna Dixit, Director IQAC, Nirwan University, Jaipur. Prof. (Dr.)
Animesh Singh is working as a professor of international Business, at Amity
University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. He is having 16 years of teaching International
Business, Marketing, and Business Ethics & Human Value courses and 5 years of
Industry (Sales & Business Development) experience in various industries including
FMCG, e-commerce concept selling, and Advertising. .
