On the auspicious occasion of ‘The Amrit Mahotsava of Independence’ The Faculty of
Science, Nirwan University, Jaipur has organised One Day Workshop on ‘National Intellect
Property Rights and Awareness Mission’ to leap ahead a sound step for strengthening the
academic velour and to showcase a global spectrum of the scopes and possibilities of
scientific growth, through the invited talk of Dr Jitender Sharma (Assistant Controller of
Patents & Designs, Indian Patent Office, Ministry of Commerce & Industry,
Government of India)on National Science Day dated 28th February, 2023.
As per custom,
the program was formally opened by lightening of the lamp, Saraswati Vandana and
Felicitation of the guest and was officially declared opened by the welcome note cum words
of blessing of the Vice-Chancellor of the University Prof. (Dr) Arvind Agrawal followed by
the formal introduction of the guest and a little introduction of the program by the Joint
Registrar, Prof. (Dr) N. D. Jasuja. Dr Jitender Sharma shared his vibrant views on Patent and
shared the importance and applicability of Patent in the present scenario.
