Fee Refund Policy – Academic Session 2024-25
Nirwan University, Jaipur recognizes the importance of a transparent and student-centric approach when it
comes to Fee Refund Policies. In accordance with the guidelines set by the University Grants Commission
(UGC), the University has adopted a comprehensive fee refund policy that prioritizes transparency and
addresses the needs of its students which is issued by UGC.
The Fee Refund Policy for the Academic Session 2024-25 is as follows:
- The University Grants Commission receives many representations/complaints from students/parents on the
non-refund of fees by the Higher Education lnstitutions (HEls) on cancellation/withdrawal of admissions.
- Students should be allowed a full refund of fees within a specified period to enable them to opt for a
course of their choice.
- The Commission has considered the matter in its 580'h meeting held on 15 May 2024, and after considering
the relevant factors decided, the following fee refund policy for the academic session 2024-25:
