• Prof. (Dr) Arvind Kumar Agrawal, President (Vice-Chancellor) Nirwan University Jaipur

He is the maiden former Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar (MGCU). He served as OSD, Dean and Controller of Examination at Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP). Before joining CUHP, he served in various academic and administrative positions at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He had ever been instrumental in setting-up new central universities.
